It is important to bring your current workforce together around the cultural values of your business. Since they served as the foundation for their founding, the formal core or cultural values of the majority of organizations remain constant.  The way these ideals are applied, however, differs from the culture of your organization. Furthermore, business cultures do evolve and adapt to the demands of the times, for better or worse.
